Updated: November 24, 2023
These Terms of Use apply to the use of Ruvic's services along with any associated software applications and websites (collectively, the 'Services'). These terms constitute an agreement between you and Ruvic and include important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you reside in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, your use of the Services is governed by these terms.
Our Commercial Terms govern the use of Ruvic, our APIs, and other services for businesses and developers.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it is not part of these Terms, it is an important document you should read.

- Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone's intellectual property rights.
- Modify, copy, rent, sell, or distribute any of our Services.

Corporate Domains: If you create an account using an email address owned by an organization (for example, your employer), that account may be added to the organization's business account with us, in which case we will notify you so that you can facilitate the transfer of your account. Once your account is transferred, the organization's administrator may control your account, including access to Content, and may restrict or remove your access to the account.
Retroalimentación: We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
Contained
Your Content: You may provide information to the Services ('Input') and receive results from the Services based on the Input ('Output'). Input and Output together constitute 'Content'. You are responsible for the Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to provide input to our Services.
Content Ownership: As between you and Ruvic AI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in the Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all of our rights, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Output.
Content Similarity: Due to the nature of our services and artificial intelligence in general, outputs may not be unique and other users may receive similar outputs from our services. Our above assignment does not extend to the outputs of other users or to third-party outputs.
Our Use of Content: We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and keep our Services safe.
When you use our Services, you understand and agree:
- Outputs may not always be accurate. You should not rely on outputs from our Services as the sole source of truthful or objective information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
- You must evaluate the accuracy and suitability of the Outputs for your use case, including human review where necessary, before using or sharing the Outputs from the Services.
- You must not use any Personal Information for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them.
- Outputs may be incomplete or out of date.
- Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Outputs that do not represent the views of Ruvic AI. If the Output references third-party products or services, it does not imply endorsement or affiliation by Ruvic AI.
Service Interruption
We may decide to discontinue our Services, but if we do, we will notify you in advance and refund any unused prepaid Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Limitation of Liability
Some countries and states do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the above terms may not apply to you and you may have additional rights. In that case, these Terms only limit our liabilities to the maximum extent permitted in your country of residence. RUVIC'S AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND DISTRIBUTORS ARE THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES OF THIS SECTION.
General Terms
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms, and any attempt to do so will be void. We may assign our rights or obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in interest to any business associated with our Services.
Changes to These Terms or Our Services: We are continuously working to develop and improve our Services. We may update these Terms or our Services accordingly from time to time. For example, we may make changes to these Terms or Services due to:
- Changes in law or regulatory requirements.
- Security or safety reasons.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Changes we make in the ordinary course of developing our Services.
- To adapt to new technologies.
Delay in Enforcing These Terms: Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so later. Except as set forth in the dispute resolution section above, if any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and will not affect the enforceability of any other term.
Business Controls: You must comply with all applicable trade laws, including sanctions and export control laws. Our Services may not be used for the benefit of, nor exported or re-exported to (a) any country or territory embargoed by the U.S. or (b) any individual or entity with whom transactions are prohibited or restricted by applicable trade laws. Our Services may not be used for any end use prohibited by applicable trade laws, and your Output may not include material or information that requires a government license for its disclosure or export.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruvic with respect to the Services and, except for Service-specific terms, supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and Ruvic.
