We are Ruvic AI
We orchestrate AI, processes, and people so your operation runs in sync.
We connect your systems, put specialized AI agents to work on your processes, and leave people in charge of every decision. No migrations and no replacing your team.
We’re not a consultancy that hands over a report or a vendor that adds another tool to the stack. We are the layer that coordinates the technology your company already bought and that today works in silos.
Countries with live implementations
Six countries with active implementations. We serve all of the Americas.
The problem was never the technology.
Every company that scales hits the same wall: more tools, more half-finished integrations, more headcount — and an operation that becomes more fragile, not stronger. The market always answered the same way: another platform to add to the stack.
Ruvic AI was founded in 2023 on the opposite premise. The bottleneck isn’t a lack of technology, but a lack of a layer that coordinates the technology you already have. So we built it: an orchestrator that connects your systems, puts specialized AI agents to work on your processes, and keeps people in charge of every decision.
That difference has a technical name. Traditional BOAT platforms —Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies— started out as RPA and BPM and added AI years later. Ruvic was built the other way around: AI-native from day one, with multi-agent, multi-model orchestration at the core, not as a layer on top.
Today that logic runs inside companies growing across the Americas, coordinating data, tools, and teams that used to work separately.
The people behind the orchestrator.

Most of that experience comes from cybersecurity: more than sixty years advising organizations on choosing their security architecture, designing the solution, and then supporting its operation. Having been through all three stages — the decision, the design, and the day-to-day — is what defines how we handle data, what an agent can and can’t do, and why traceability is non-negotiable.
On top of that come more than forty years building software and integrations — the engine, the connectors, and the agents that execute each process — and an equivalent track record in consultative technology and cybersecurity sales. That’s the part that forces us to sit down with technical and procurement committees before proposing anything, and to explain in plain language what the platform does and what it doesn’t.
It’s a team with founders from Colombia and Venezuela who have been on the other side of the table: buying, implementing, and operating the technology they now orchestrate.
The name comes from the object that best explains what we do.
A colored cube is the clearest symbol of complex orchestration. At first glance it looks like a mess of loose pieces and mixed colors, but it’s actually governed by perfect algorithms and logical patterns: nothing is extra, nothing is missing, it just has to be aligned.
Exactly like a company’s operations. Each face represents an area, a piece of software, or a department — finance, sales, operations, IT — that, thanks to the platform, aligns and turns in sync until it finds the solution.
The pieces were already there. What was missing was the logic that connects them.
Three convictions that explain everything we build at Ruvic AI.
These aren’t statements of intent. They’re the product decisions we made when there was an easier alternative.
AI shouldn’t replace people. It should give them their time back.
We could sell headcount reduction, which is the easy argument. We don’t. We automate the repetitive so human judgment can go to what really demands it, and escalation to a person is configured workflow by workflow. What makes a business work isn’t technology: it’s people.
No company needs another tool. It needs its own tools to talk to each other.
The market’s comfortable answer is to sell one more platform. We operate on top of the stack you already bought — your ERP, your ITSM, your SIEM, your phone system — with no migration and no replacement. If Ruvic goes away, your infrastructure keeps working.
Automating without traceability isn’t gaining control. It’s losing it.
An AI that acts without leaving a trace is a risk, not an efficiency. Every decision is logged, audited, and subject to the thresholds you define: above that limit, no action runs without human approval. That’s the condition for operating in critical processes.
We’re not just another tool. We’re the layer that coordinates them.
Other solutions force you to adapt to them. Ruvic flips the logic.
- ✓We fit into your process, not you into the toolWe work on the stack you already have: CRM, ERP, ITSM, SIEM, and your team’s tools. No migration.
- ✓AI-native, not AI bolted onto RPAMulti-agent orchestration is at the core of the engine, not mounted on top of a legacy automation layer.
- ✓AI-provider agnosticWe don’t tie you to a model that changes every week. The engine picks the optimal one per task among several providers.
- ✓Scope stated with precisionWhen something isn’t 100% available, we say so and leave it out of the proposal. We’d rather lose a deal than overpromise.
What holds up an operation you can audit.
AI orchestration touches sensitive data and critical processes. Here’s what we guarantee, no fine print.
- ✓Your data doesn’t train models. Neither ours nor third parties’. Configurable retention, and exportable or deletable whenever you ask.
- ✓AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with masking of sensitive data and a traceable record of every access.
- ✓We operate as data processors, not as controllers. That lowers the compliance burden on your operation instead of shifting it to you.
- ✓No action above the threshold you define runs without human approval. You set the limit, workflow by workflow.
- ✓No lock-in. We’re AI-model-provider agnostic and operate on your systems without replacing them: if Ruvic goes away, your infrastructure keeps working.
- ✓ISO 27001:2022 certification in progress, with the management system documented and implemented and the final audits underway.
What we’re asked most about Ruvic AI.
What is Ruvic AI?
It’s the orchestration layer that connects your systems, puts specialized AI agents to work on your processes, and keeps people in charge of every decision, without migrating or replacing what you already have.
Since when does Ruvic AI operate, and in which countries?
It was founded in 2023 and today has live implementations in six countries across the Americas: Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, and the United States.
What experience backs the Ruvic AI team?
More than 160 combined years in cybersecurity, engineering, and consultative technology sales, with founders who have been on the other side of the table: buying and implementing these kinds of solutions.
Does Ruvic AI replace my tools or my team?
No. It operates on the stack you already have (CRM, ERP, ITSM, SIEM) with no migration, and automates the repetitive so people can focus on what requires judgment.
How do I start working with Ruvic AI?
By scheduling a conversation about a process in your operation; the team candidly assesses whether it adds value before proposing anything.
